凌卯亮（1993.09-），男，771771威尼斯.cm大全行政管理系副研究员，硕士生导师。浙江大学管理学博士（2015-2020），新加坡国立大学联合培养博士（2018-2019）。研究兴趣聚焦于行为公共管理（Behavioral Public Administration）、行为政策科学（Behavioral Policy Science）和居民环保行为中的相关议题（如行为溢出、社会规范、政策支持），主要运用实验设计与量化分析方法。
